Torah Study with Rabbi Jamie and friends from around the country for a lively discussion of the weekly parasha/portion via Zoom. Using a wide variety of commentary from across the spectrum of Jewish thought, we explore issues relevant to our modern lives. All welcome, no Hebrew necessary. Please note, we incorporate a short Torah reading and prayer for healing into our study at 10am and end each session with Kaddish. New Lehrhaus Torah Study
Join the Friday Morning Torah Study Group which has been meeting for 50+ years! Every week features a different teacher from among rabbis, scholars, Jewish educators, artists, and the lay leaders with which our community is blessed. Each session begins with the week's Parasha (Torah portion) and emphasizes deep conversation and multi-faceted perspectives. We offer this program tuition-free, but ask that you please consider a donation to New Lehrhaus.
